During our TCP testing and network testing, we uncovered various
"problems" in the network infrastructure.

7/02 ORNL's Cisco PIX firewall is renumbering TCP sequence numbers,
     but fails to update sequence numbers in SACK blocks, so SACK
     is inoperative.
     FIX: ?

6/02 ORNL's Cisco PIX firewall is changing MSS from 1460 to 1380.
     FIX:  firewall reconfigured NOT to alter MSS.

     Inbound data rates to ORNL max at 200 Mbs, losses due to
     filter on orgwy.
     FIX: patch from cisco

10/01 Numerous errors on ESnet path through Memphis.  
      Memphis POP air conditioning broken.
