Mile Turns 0.0 START at barrier 0.35 left on to Saddle Trail 1.15 left on to Middle Rd, post 9 1.6 right on to I trail 2.0 I via Wimp Gap then left to Red Hill 2.4 right on Lake Rd, post 6, then bear left 2.5 right at post 4 back to Easy trail 3.2 straight to South Shore, post 5 4.1 right on Jump Loop 4.35 right to Silo Trail, post 4 4.63 left up to Silo 4.77 right to trail bypassing Winding Stairs 5.3 right to Power Cut 6.25 right at Post 1 6.45 right to Skinny D 6.78 right on East Ridge to Rainbow 7.25 left on East Shore, post 2 7.72 right on East Edge 8.34 left on pavement 8.6 FINISH (1040' total climb)

Directions to Life Development Center:

From I-40 Take Pellissippi Parkway North toward Oak Ridge through Solway and over Clinch River. Take first exit on right after crossing river- Edgemoor Drive and proceed for approx. 1 mile. Turn right on old road across from Centennial Golf Course and proceed approx. 1 mile to Life Development Center on right. See Mapquest map.
